The Merit Badge Fair is an opportunity for scouts who have completed merit badge requirements to meet with counselors to get their blue cards signed. No teaching occurs at this event. All work must be done in advance. Please see the Procedures/Rules and the Merit Badge Fair Counselor list for further details.
All scouts must wear official BSA uniform
in order to participate.
